I met Gezz through the North West London Critical Care Network and always found him to be friendly and helpful, with good interpersonal skills. He always demonstrates a good knowledge base and is keen to share knowledge with others. Gezz is efficient, organised and responds quickly to requests for information and help.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Gezz for a number of years and he has provided first class services to a number of my businesses in that time. As an instructor Gezz is second to none, his style approach and knowledge are unique and unparalleled.I would have no hesitation in recommending Gezz.

I have been project lead for a while now. The different projects aim to work collaboratively to reduce variation in delivery of critical care in NWL. I have worked on a wide range of projects including transfer training, rehabilitation after critical illness, Safer Transfer App, the transfer bag and NEWS. These projects are for a variety of organisations and apply to thousands of patients and staff. I have been project lead for a while now. Gave the opening address at the AfPP conference in Bournmouth in conjunction with Col David Richmond. have also spoken at Emergency Nurse conference and the 2nd world BACCN conference. Gave my presentation titled leading on the front line, just a question of geography .... Human factors and patient safety conference for the RCN conference last week. Seemed to be well received and had several people come up after to ask further questions. Messages about patient safety and the link to design and process resonated as did some of the graphic scenes I used to illustrate my points. The bridge and polar bear got the chuckles I was looking for. Best comment.... Grounded and real from one delegate! ..... Many thanks Show less
