You're a doctor. You sacrificed a lot to become an agent of healing. You save lives. It's what you do. As a physician, you are a guardian of health and wellbeing. You help people regain functions they have lost, improve capacities they have, live longer and better lives, and can add comfort with dignity as the end approaches. Since 1900, our average life expectancy has more than doubled - thanks to your application of medical advances. Yet, the challenges are clear: ►You have to make hard decisions with the best of your knowledge, knowing that there is uncertainty and no guarantee against heartache ►You have to meet the demand of staying on top of your medical fund of information - new knowledge, methods, medications and protocols, relevant advances in medicine - as well as the exploding fund of information of statutes, documentation, practice, risk and reputation management while being swept into this digital age ►You have to provide attentive, accessible, compassionate care while attending to the business of staying open, covering expenses, collecting revenue and being profitable. In sum, you find yourself in a “sick-care assembly line” you couldn't have imagined when you finished medical school. You hate this, but don’t know what you can do to change it. Maybe you have a dream about how your practice should look - but you can’t imagine how to make it real. There is where I can help you. I know and have lived the physician experience first hand, so I know the hardships and rewards from inside out. Now my mission is to help medical practices emerge from being a "sick-care assembly line" into an innovative healing community - a center of healthy well-being. If you want to regain and enhance your enthusiasm, intellectual excitement, energy, and joy in the work you do - let’s set a time to speak. ►►Connect with me in Linkedin, or via my email gersonsternsteinmd@gmail.com or 860-777-5083. You deserve to feel VALUED and FULFILLED in your life's work. Show less

I joined Larendee Roos of Roos Consulting to create EnterpriseMD, a business success service geared toward professionals and business owners in the healthcare and wellness industry. We focus on blending personal and professional enrichment with business best practices. Our goal is to nurture and protect the RELATIONSHIP OF HONOR AND TRUST created in the giving and receiving of service. This is the most valuable asset, true in both our business and personal life. Having built practices and delivered "one-on-one" care in a number of settings, I know what it is like to thrive in the trenches. With my specialty training and extensive experience in mental health and behavioral medicine, I know about building relationships that are safe and attuned and can catalyze and activate. I was fortunate to partner with Larendee Roos and draw upon her many years of experience. She has refined a business assessment and development strategy that she has implemented successfully in hundreds of businesses over the last decade. Show less
