  emuse is a provider of advertising solutions for digital TV operators, advertisers and content owners internationally. The core emuse product is Raven; an advertising system facilitating the seamless creation, management, decisioning and reporting of numerous types of targeted ad units across multiple platforms including display, interactive and VOD. An integral feature of the product includes the business intelligence components that allow reporting and analysis on the high-volume of viewer activity in interactive advertisements.I now have overall responsibility for software development teams delivering web based content management and process control solutions and large (multi TB) data warehousing solutions for interactive television systems. This includes requirements gathering, product planning, managing product releases and deployments and product support. Projects are managed using scrum framework, particularly focused on quality and performance. I focus on establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, stakeholders, other managers and team members; particularly focused on active listening, good understanding and clear and honest communication.   Over the years I have lead a number of software development teams working on a variety of desktop and web based content management and process control solutions and large (multi TB) data warehousing solutions. The size of teams has ranged from 3 to 11 members. I monitored and managed project progress, in recent years this has been through the scrum framework. I managed project conflicts and identified and rectified project deviations. I ensured project teams had all necessary resources to meet project objectives with a focus on the welfare of team members, their well-being, motivation and creativity. Show less
