  I worked on major projects such as Cornerstone Factories in Brackengate, We Buy Cars factories in Stikland, Fynbos and Ihlathi Apartments in Parklands as well as De Aan-Zicht Apartments in Richwood. There is a lot more projects which I worked on. The Portland Hollowcore production plant produces an average of 700 square meters of precast slabs per day. This means we work in a high pressure environment to stay on target. I always ensure efficient and accurate final design drawings of all precast elements are supplied to the factory for production within the job specific time frames.

  I worked on various projects such as Sitari Country Estate (Construction of roads, pipelines and land development for residents), Stikland Business Park (Construction of roads and pipelines for the new business park), Avondale Primary School in Atlantis (Construction of new primary school), Century City at Ratanga (Construction of a big retaining wall) and Mfuleni at Forrest Village (Construction of road intersections and services). Worked on tenders by estimating and quantify materials from drawings to set up Bill of Quantities. Worked on a wind farm in Garob in the Northern Cape (Planning and constructing the concrete bases for the wind farm as well as developing the roads on the wind farm, was mainly responsible for the quality works of all the construction done as well as doing the earthworks).
