German and I worked together on a project for over a year. He was always early in and late to leave. Even when deadlines were up to our ears and we would be required to burn the midnight oil, German was always cool as a cucumber. Truthfully, I would need to write a novel in order to get across the point of how great he is but it's much easier just to hire him and find out for yourself. Long story short, you can't find a more passionate and hard working architect.
