  In this present role, I am managing overall business operations, including team leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and project management. In addition, I am supervising the highly trained interdisciplinary team, including evaluating and improving performance. Along with identifying opportunities for business development and revenue generation while directing capital investment projects in accordance with financial targets, ranging from a 30% to 80% reinvestment rate, I am developing and implementing business strategy in alignment with the group's corporate policy. One of my primary duties is to ensure the profitability and financial stability of the business through effective management of P&L statements. Besides, I am monitoring the structure and negotiation of new commercial venture opportunities, such as the export of products and raw materials to the US, Latin America and Europe.Some of my highlighted achievements are listed below:• Facilitated roasting coffee business with $80M+ revenue, including Free Trade Zone operations, two warehouses, 10 leading brands, and private labels with 55% market share, along with agricultural operation with 1,000 acres of farmland, two nurseries, two milling facilities, and 200+ employees.• Introduced innovative product lines and new brands, such as single-serve systems to the local market with 25% YoY growth from launch in 2016, and launch of the Online Sales platform in 2019, while steering the development of new products and ventures, and implementation of GTM strategies.• Attained targeted EBITDA by controlling COGS, developing new revenue streams and overseeing operational costs.• Successfully managed properties and assets worth $60M, financial functions, and cash conversion cycle.• Fostered effective relationships with staff.   While serving as a Director of agricultural affairs and special projects, I was monitoring the supply chain, logistic structure, and effective sourcing for raw materials, inputs, and final products. I was also supervising daily operations of the agricultural sector through effective managerial skills.
