I have had the pleasure of managing Germaine directly for over a year now on our Virgin Media student ambassador campaign. Germaine has been a joy to manage and has totally excelled in the role, generating lots of sales and becoming one of the top sales people on the campaign which we have over 500 ambassadors for. The number of sales Germaine has generated has been excellent, but Germaine's communication skills and general attitude to the role have also been fantastic. Since my first year of University, I've been a tutor for MyTutor, delivering 500+ 1-1 and small group tutorials in subjects including English Literature, English Language and Biology. I thoroughly enjoy this role, which has seen me develop my customer service skills, organisational skills and leadership skills. I've taught on both the private side and schools side of the website which has me market myself as an individual tutor and organise my own business, in addition to teaching children in schools who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford tuition - a personal highlight as it's been a pleasure to watch them grow, even in just an hours session.
