  CLOISALL COMPANY LLC – March 02, 2008 – UP TO PRESENT (Procurement Officer) Duties and Responsibilities: Procurement Officer: MIDFIELD TERMINAL BUILDING ABUDHABI AIRPORT Project: Ceiling Package worth AED 586 million Pavilion Package worth AED 62 million Icon Pavilion Package worth AED 65 million Canopy Package worth of 23 million * Maintain own office equipment and stationery supplies * Obtain further information for incomplete documents * Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms * Update data and delete unnecessary files * Scan documents into document management systems * Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks * Respond to requests for information and access relevant files * Print information when required * Process Purchased Requisitions * Send it and request for quotations from the Supplier * Negotiate the terms and condition * Prepare for the 3 quotations compare the price with Comparison Table * Choose one supplier with low price and good quality * Checking the availability and lead time of the materials * Monitor the delivery of the materials or items. * Prepare Local Purchased Orders for to be sign by Procurement Manager / COO / Commercial Director * Requesting for the Pro forma Invoice if it’s needed or depends for the payment terms to be apply to Commercial Department. * Handling the Invoices , Stationery , Materials , Tickets , Transportation , Car Rental , * Representative auditor procurement department for Quality Management System * Filing all the local purchased order per projects / numbers * Follow up the SOA Subcon / Suppliers * Arranged meeting for Suppliers / Subcon Show less
