I have known Geri for several years, beginning with when she hired me at Perry Ellis and when I worked with her at Kate Spade & Company (now a subsidiary of Tapestry, Inc.). Geri is an enthusiastic leader who always maintained her professionalism. With patience and an ability to explain and demonstrate strategy clearly, she drew out the very best from the Intellectual Property team and the business team who, in turn, looked up to her. I found her to be consistently pleasant, tackling all complex mergers & acquisitions, licenses/contracts, intellectual property prosecutions and strategies and everything else with dedication and a smile, while also teaching at Cardozo law school. She is an over-achiever and the best in what she does and will be an asset to any organization. I whole-heartedly recommend Geri for any position or undertaking that she chooses to pursue.

I worked with Geri at Gursky & Ederer and have known Geri in both a professional and personal capacity since then. She is, was and always has been a consummate professional with a real "go getter" approach to life and to her work. While she is a strong and loyal team player at all times, she is amazingly able to analyze the issues and problem solve on her own. Her ability to cut through to the heart of any issue has always impressed me. In addition, Geri has garnered the respect of her friends and colleagues in her positions as well in her leadership capacity within the INTA organization. Geri is the kind of person that a young lawyer should emulate in their own career - genuine, confident, intelligent and pragmatic. Her quick wit and ability to laugh at life only adds to the reasons why it has been a pleasure and an honor to call her friend (as well as colleague).
