  My main role within Egger was to support the Customer Service department and provide excellent customer service to both new and returning customers. I worked within the flooring department inputting orders, outputting deliveries, answering customer queries, dealing with general problems and liaising with other departments. I was given multiple academic opportunities whilst here, including; Level 2 and Level 3 excel courses, the Train the trainer qualification and finally a Level 3 advanced apprenticeship in Business Administration.

  Throughout my time working within Costa Coffee Metro Centre I developed my customer service skills, as well as my good manner when communicating with customers. Due to the nature of this job, I became accustomed to working under pressure, given that, more often than not, it is a very busy environment, with incredibly high standards for drinks, food and above all customer service.
