I have worked as a Students' Welfare Head in North East Students' Forum, IIT Kharagpur.The journey has been incredible, allowing me to learn, connect, and collaborate with exceptional individuals from diverse backgrounds across the country.During my tenure, I had the privilege of guiding students from Northeast India who secured admission to the esteemed institution, IIT Kharagpur. It was truly fulfilling to witness their growth and support them throughout their academic journey.Additionally, I had the opportunity to organize and coordinate various events, including the groundbreaking North East Festival 2023 at IIT Kharagpur and heartwarming farewell ceremonies for our outgoing seniors. These experiences sharpened my skills in planning, management, communication, and analytics.Moreover, working closely with my team enabled me to cultivate and apply crucial skills such as interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and team leadership. These skills have been instrumental in my personal growth and have equipped me to excel in various professional endeavors.I am immensely grateful for the chance to be part of such a dynamic and talented team. Summer Industrial Training at IOCL Bongaigaon Refinery. It provides opportunity for firsthand exposure to the fascinating world of petroleum refinery operations. Gain practical insights into the intricacies of refining processes such as 1. crude oil distillation 2. delayed Coker unit 3. catalytic cracking 4. hydrotreating 5. Sulphur recovery unit 6. naphtha hydrotreater 7. catalytic reforming unit 8. oil movement and more. Collaborated with industry experts, engineers, and technicians in a state-of-the-art facility, honing your technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Immersive experience in real-world projects, enabling to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. In this period, I establish a strong foundation in petroleum refining, enhancing knowledge in the energy sector. Show less
