  As a Sr. Quality Engineer I am responsible for: The departments Quality Engineering (3FTE) and Measuring Room (9FTE). - Prioritizing the daily workload. - Managing the capacity planning of the Measuring Room. - Managing replacement of new measuring equipment (3D-CNC-machines). - The complete quality of all parts. That are the incoming goods such as raw material and buyparts till endparts as serial pressparts and complete assembled and painted parts. - Define, structure, optimize and implement of controlplans, FMEA's and testing reports. - Define measuring equipment (fixtures and tools/machines) and validating measuring methods. - Initiating and performing Measuring System Analysis (MSA). - Define surface audits for outer skin panels - Execute studies for proces reliability and repeatability. - Organize complete sampling of new and changed parts including buyoff at customers, - Analyze measuring- and inspectionresults and giving advise about te results, - Visiting customers and suppliers, - Advise the complete organisation about quality Our customers are all nothern European car and truck manufacturers such as Daimler, Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Bentley, Ford, Saab, Opel, Aston Martin, Porsche, Renault, Volvo, Peugeot, Citroën, DAF Trucks, Scania Trucks, Daimler Trucks, Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks.
