Door zijn persoonlijke benadering komt hij echt in contact met mensen, zowel zakelijk als persoonlijk. Hij luistert, vraagt door, analyseert, denkt mee en schakelt snel. Wat ik ook in hem waardeer is dat hij niet opgeeft om voor de klant tot een optimale oplossing te komen Gerard is een bruggenbouwer, een dealmaker zonder poespas.
