Dr. Rodriguez’s management style is inclusive, creating a true atmosphere of engagement and ownership from the janitorial staff to the executive committee. He fostered accountability and results always maintaining focus on the vision and mission of the Institution with great emphasis on operational efficiencies and budgetary controls. Finally, I have never worked with a higher education executive that was, and still is, a unique student centered professional. At CAU students were not a number and he demonstrated this philosophy by knowing all students names and their backgrounds. I am honored to have been part of his team and, to this day, call Dr. Rodriguez my friend.
