It is my pleasure to give my recommendation to Gerard, as he is an exceptional manager and mentor. He has years of experience in IT, is very knowledgeable, articulate and is always encouraging and positive. In the time we worked together he instilled very valuable professional and personal development skills which will benefit me throughout my career.

I worked with Gerard at a time of significant change - bordering on turmoil - at G4S. He was only a few months in the job when his boss departed and for over a year he had to cover his boss's responsibilities as well as his own. Despite his relative inexperience at the time, and operating under a lot of pressure, Gerard was consistently effective and unfailingly supportive as a colleague. He's a team player, knows his stuff, and gets things done. I've no hesitation in recommending him.
