I had the pleasure of working with Gerald for several years when I was at Orica. Gerald is a consummate finance professional. His leadership style is value-driven and authentic – as a result his team work in a collaborative manner to deliver timely results with very few issues / errors. Gerald was a strong supporter of my role as the regional risk and compliance lead and ensured I had the cooperation of his team in meeting compliance deadlines, even when it meant having to compromise a bit with his own agenda. It was invigorating to be a member of the Finance leadership team, alongside Gerald, as he led initiatives in driving value chain optimisations and challenging the status quo. I wish Gerald the very best and hope to have the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

Gerald is someone I hold in high regard, role models trust and integrity, has strong business acumen and an ability to get the best out of others through his passion for people engagement and development.
