  At Graydon Head I am involved in commercial financing and real estate and corporate legal matters, including representing lenders, borrowers, owners of real estate, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants. I represent lenders in complex financing transactions including in their role as administrative agent, or as a co-lender or a participant. I often represent our corporate borrowers in their lending transactions. I am a licensed title insurance agent in the State of Ohio, counseling clients regarding title insurance coverages, particularly in complex and multi-state transactions. I am a LEED Accredited Professional. I represent corporations and LLC's in their formation and corporate activities.
