  As a teacher's assistant in JK and Year 1 classes, I was responsible for organizing the materials needed for the activities and for anticipating the teachers' needs during the classes. I was present mediating conflicts among the students in several moments. Following the Canadian methodology, through modeling, I taught the students how to perform the expected activities.
