      Reporting to the President, the Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA) is the Chief Student Affairs Officer of the university and is responsible for the overall leadership and supervision of the units of the Division of Student Affairs at the university.       Reporting to the Chancellor, The Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs (VCSA) is the chief student affairs officer for the campus and also functions as the Dean of Students. Additionally, there is a “consultative” relationship with the Office of Diversity Equity and Multicultural Affairs.Leadership and General Management: In addition to providing leadership to all Student Affairs functional areas, the position calls for working collaboratively with the Chancellor’s Cabinet to achieve the campus mission. The VCSA serves as the Co-Chair of the Enrollment Management Group (EMG). The EMG is a campus representative group that is charged with developing strategic actions in recruitment, advisement, marketing, scheduling, retention, persistence, graduation, and targeted efforts to assist students in financing their education.
