  At RST we represented different customer from across the UK within the charity division.❖ In RST was a developed team leader with three team mate that i have trained and developed into team leaders creating my very own team.❖ As a leader i had to train my team in perfecting developing their sales pitch and technique❖ Anticipating objection and how handle and overcome them from door to door❖ My role at RST included picking team members including my own developed leaders select a location within the west midlands map and sett goal/target for expected numbers of sales I wanted from each team member depending their experience and ability and position in the team.❖ I have represented THE BRITISH RED CROSS, BATTER SEAR CATS AND DOGS HOME, SAVE THE CHILDREN, RSPACP, ATHONY NOLAN, AND MANY MORE.
