Worked as an intern in the Greenworks Africa branch of the Company. Conducted a project concerning renewable energy, specifically, the powering of an orphanage via solar panels. My work for the project included research about the region's energy potential, calculation of the amount of energy needed in 3 possible scenarios of consumption, calculations for the cost of each scenario, fundraising by contacting local companies, and installation of the solar panels. Worked as an assistant project manager in a renovation project in the Hertz/Autohellas Facilities in Kifissia, Greece. I assisted in the planning and coordination of works on site and acted as a bridge of communication between the Senior Project Management and the Hertz Branch Manager. Worked 3-5 times a week as at the same time I was working for the Greek Army and had to prioritise my work there over the project.
