I have always stood up for those who need help. My firm, Diaz Case Law, is committed to representing clients from across the greater Chicago area in legal matters pertaining to family, criminal, immigration, and real estate law. Our clients represent a diverse array of backgrounds and experiences. As an immigrant myself, I personally understand the challenges and weight of the immigration process. My team and I provide attentive support and guidance to our clients who are navigating the complexities of the immigration system. We help them understand the requirements around visas, green cards, asylum, citizenship, and the petition process and can provide sound counsel in matters related to deportation. We also provide fair legal representation for our clients as they face charges related to a range of criminal issues, such as DUIs, and family matters, including divorce and child custody. In addition, we have a strong real estate and foreclosure defense practice and can assist clients throughout the major phases of real estate purchase, from purchase agreement to closing. If you or a loved one is in search of a dedicated, experienced legal team, please reach out to me directly or visit our website, diazcase.com, to learn more. gina@diazcaselaw.com Specialties: Immigration | Criminal Defense | Foreclosure Defense | Divorce | Allocation of Parental Rights | Real Estate Law | Deportation Defense & Appeal | Bankruptcy | Child Custody Show less

For more than a decade, I have helped clients navigate the legal issues and documentation required at every stage of the real estate process. As a Managing Broker and Owner at Diaz Case Realty, I support clients who are buying or selling residential and commercial properties. Along with my husband and business partner Pablo, I strive to equip my clients with confidence and clarity as they make decisions related to real estate transactions. While our scope of practice at Diaz Case Realty is broad, I have developed a specialty in foreclosed properties and real estate owned (REO)—that is, property owned by a lender, and short sales. Whatever the issue at hand, my team and I are ready to assist with any real estate goal you have. For more information about Diaz Case Realty or to schedule an appointment with our team, please visit our website, diazcaserealty.com. If you have any questions about what we do or the areas we serve, don’t hesitate to get in touch. gina@diazcaselaw.com Specialties: Residential Real Estate | Commercial Real Estate | Buying & Selling Property | Foreclosure | REO | Short Sales | Loan Modifications Show less

Through a series of unfortunate circumstances including being diagnosed with ovarian cancer, I stumbled into an interest in real estate investing. I recognized that, if done correctly, real estate investments can provide long-term financial stability. As I began to seek out resources and support to understand the industry, I grew eager to share my knowledge of real estate investing with other women. I found, however, that most of the resources and events related to real estate investing catered to a majority male audience. I decided to take it upon myself to address this lack of training and education for women. Along with another female investor I met, I launched WE WIN, LLC, which stands for Women Entrepreneurs Women Investor Network, to equip and empower female real estate entrepreneurs. Our organization provides a safe, relaxed environment for women to learn, grow, and establish financial independence through real estate investments. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, we were forced to reevaluate how to make an impact. With fewer opportunities to train and equip women through in-person events, we expanded our focus to the communities in which we invest. We launched a sister nonprofit, the WE WIN Foundation, which allows our female investors to give back to their investment communities. We identify areas at risk of losing affordable housing and upgrade existing housing to support long-term stability to communities that need it most. Our mission is to build a strong community of women in the neighborhoods we serve by providing financial literacy education, rental assistance, and emergency funding due to sudden hardship. You can read more about the real estate investing programming we offer women at wewinchicago.org or learn about the work we’re doing in the greater Chicago area at myweweinfoundation.org. If you’re interested in getting involved, feel free to reach out to me directly. gina@diazcaselaw.com Show less
