Pursued a dream of owning a restaurant after returning to my hometown following a three year career break which was spent traveling and settling for a short time in Sweden. Completed a full restoration of a three storey city centre location alongside two business partners. Over the next 5 years I was responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations whilst working as a chef in the kitchen, it was a great achievement and one of which I am incredibly proud of.
