I played a key role in planning and overseeing the delivery and editing of high-profile non-fiction books, with a particular focus on highly-illustrated cookery, lifestyle and TV tie-in titles. I project managed creative titles from handover of manuscript through to production, ensuring titles are produced on schedule and to budget. I oversaw the quality and accuracy of editorial standards internally and externally, put together in-house and freelance teams to work on illustrated titles, organised and ran photoshoots, and managed information flow and communication between the key stakeholders. I coordinated and liaised with authors, agents, production companies and freelance photographers, designers, stylists, editors, proofreaders and indexers.
