I have worked with Georgina on 2 different projects over the duration of last 1.5 years at RAMSA. During our work, Georgina has successfully managed one of the biggest projects at RAMSA. Georgina is highly respected by the team and colleagues and she has skillfully managed the plethora of personalities involved with her last project. She is a natural leader who has the gift of identifying each staff member’s primary talents and bringing out the best in each one throughout the course of the entire project. Georgina is very calm and collected under pressure. She has superb problem-solving skills as well as exceptional team-building skills. During managing her last project, Georgina demonstrated an ability to quickly sift through mountains of data and determine the challenges with the project. She could deal with complex challenges of the project, break the challenge into smaller parts and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish the desired result. Georgina showed an uncanny ability to foresee a potential problem and essentially nip it in the bud saving the company money and preventing unexpected hurdles from delaying the project’s ultimate implementation. For instance, she swiftly identified a major change initiated by the client in the project and quickly analyze the cascading changes that would require. She solved if with her creative problem solving and escalating a fee change from the client for the required change. During her previous project manager assignment, Georgina managed all the communication with internal and external stakeholders of the project. She possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. An effective delegator, Georgina trusts the team she assembles and they have tremendous faith in her as a fair and effective leader.

I worked with Georgie at Suters Architects and trained her in Revit Architecture and BIM. Georgie was always enthusiastic and eager to learn - she was a pleasure to teach. I can confidently say that she is proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and a number of Adobe products. Georgie understands the Architectural process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any future employer. She’s a straight shooter, she’s committed, energetic, has a great sense of humour and is a valuable part of any team.
