Facebook recognised Mulpha Education Group campaigns as the highest performing education provider in market globally during the pandemic. The Hotel School in 2020 was awarded 80K for a brand awareness campaign which was targeted to an audience of 18 million. Facebook used our campaigns as a benchmark case for education providers. Uniting is one of the largest not-for-profit community service providers in NSW and ACT. There are 550 services across the organisation with 9,000 employees and a yearly turnover of $800m. Services are in the areas of aged care, disability, early learning, foster care, counselling and mental health and the mission of the organisation is to support the most vulnerable and marginalised communities. I was responsible for the strategic campaign implementation and marketing leadership of 5 of the main portfolios for Uniting’s business – Disability, Early Learning, Home and Community Care, Residential Aged Care and the War Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital. Achievements: Residential Aged Care 2018: We help Bert lead his own life. It’s just another way we lead in aged care campaign had an increase in enquires of 82% during the campaign period. Disability 2018: We’re not for profit, we’re for Jeff campaign achieved 1,500 enquiries over the campaign period, over 10 times the number of enquires pre-campaign. Early Learning 2017 - 2018: Skills for school, learnings for life campaign achieved a record 82% increase in enquiries compared to previous quarter. It was the best performing campaign ever for the portfolio. Home and Community Care 2017: We’ll walk you through any red tape. And walk the dog too campaign had the highest number of enquiries ever for the business with an increase of 92% compared with the previous quarter. Show less

As National Marketing Manager I was brand custodian and developed a consistent TOV and messaging across all AmCham’s communications, including B2B, B2C, online and social media. Achievements Within 4 months of the implementation of my social media strategy AmCham had the following organic results: Twitter – 1,032 new followers & 12,407 unique profile visits. Overall engagement increase of 1,900% Facebook - Organic reach increased from 33 to 10,683 & impressions increased from 311 to 15,683. Overall engagement increase of 5,100% LinkedIn – Unique impressions from 5,000 to 25,000 & engagement via clicks from 50 to 200. Achievements: Through strategic expansion of Lantern’s networks I pitched and won the following accounts: Boral Bricks, Roof Tiles and Paving. Through robust relationship development Lantern became Boral’s only creative agency and became an extension of their marketing team. We redesigned the look and feel of all printed and online communications. The Boral account grew Lantern’s revenue by 50%. MarketPlace Leichhardt Shopping Centre. Achieved by my cold call direct to the Centre Manager. We were trialled to develop their online presence. We achieved a 400% engagement increase on their social channels in 12 months. From this we became their creative design agency; developing their brand guidelines, all advertising collateral, campaign development and internal communications. The account grew business revenue by 30%.
