As part of the 'Professional Development Module' of my Final year during my university course, I was tasked to secure a placement within a role of my choice. This was to provide the foundations of analysis of my own behavior within a professional capacity, relating my experiences to the theoretical notions learnt within the classroom. This short term summer placement provided me with a invaluable experience, widening my understanding of the role of the HR department within a nationwide company, and its role in communication with various other departments supporting the brand.
