  I led this organisation for 14 years, growing its size 10-fold over that time. I secured several long-term government contracts,across many programme areas, that enable sustained growth. Leading a team of 38 professionals, the organisation’s reputation as a leader in child and youth policy and advocacy grew substantially under my direction.Representing the organisation at the highest levels this role required me to meet regularly with Ministers, senior bureaucrats and key sector partners. Positioning the organisation as a key knowledge holder on youth issues, requests for media comment and appearances were common.
