I have been working with Georgiana for more than a year and a half, and during this time, what surprised me the most was the knowledge of the market she works in, both from an HR perspective and in terms of marketing approach. Because Georgiana and I have often collaborated on this topic. I honestly appreciate how Georgiana manages to approach her tasks, which, between us, are very diverse 😊. She works equally well independently or working with a team, her initiative is always present, she is not afraid to take on responsibility, but perhaps most importantly, she waits and knows how to receive feedback. I end by mentioning that any team would be more than lucky to have the chance to collaborate with Georgiana!
