Now all vendors have a contract in place with SLA that are monitored on regular basis - Over 2 years instigated approx $14 mil in savings- Processes, procedures and policy for all IS procurement created and rolled out throughout BUPA Australia- Tactical and strategic vendors identified and number of IS vendors rationalized- Total IS budget reduced by $9 mil over 2 year period - Resource planning introduced and sourcing models- Moved 80% of contractors to fixed term resulting in approx 20% savings
