  Georgia completed her studies at Monash University as a mature age student. In addition to her studies and training, Georgia has extensive life experience and is proficient in the Greek language. Georgia is a life long learner who seeks to understand and support her client’s individual needs. Georgia will adopt a wholistic approach to mental health and well-being and promote a safe, caring and collaborative environment for her clients to flourish. Georgia draws on various evidence based therapeutic modalities within her practice including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (A.C.T) and Mindfulness. Georgia’s areas of interest include couple therapy, family therapy, loss and grief, educational issues, cultural sensitivity to spiritual issues, health psychology, stress, anxiety and mindfulness.
