  At Last Events gives me the opportunity to use my creativity whilst also being able to utilise my customer service and account management skills. The sectors that we are involved in are Christmas Dressing, Creative Display and Event Dressing. I work with clients from the start of the initial quoting process right the way through to design and installation of the scheme. I am also involved in the design process for our client's schemes, which I really enjoy as I get explore my creative side.   My role started in the industry as an account manager where I would build up our client list by onboarding new TPI's and giving them a high level of customer service in order for them to use us as their preferred supplier. I also then developed the validation side of the business by helping put in efficient processes to make the experience more seamless for contract enrolment for the internal team as well as our clients.   Within this role I really developed my customer service skills. With the environment of a golf club you are dealing with customers you may never see again and members who sometimes you see on a daily basis. I wanted to make sure everyone who walked into our shop felt welcome and enjoyed their experience with us. Aswell as dealing with ordering the stock, stock takes and staff rota's i would create hampers and chocolate bouquets for our visitors and members. I was always looking for new ways we could get the customers attention and give them something different, like our unique chocolate bouquets. Show less
