My experience also includes working, teaching and volunteering within local community delivering exercise classes, yoga stretch and complementary therapy to a wide range of organisations including addiction recovery, asylum seekers, elderly day care, young mothers, LGBT community, young people and individuals living with mental health problems, HIV & AIDS.
