George is a fantastic host and his podcast, Rich by 36, is a great way for both new and seasoned investors to get a direct, entertaining, and concise view of the market and the mechanism within it. From a guest perspective, I found George to be engaging and charismatic; but more important to my role as a guest, I found him to be exceptionally well versed in the material which made being on the show a lot of fun and easy. I would very much recommend appearing on his show to my fellow guests.

Over the last five years I developed an eighteen unit multifamily complex from the ground up. This is a multi-million dollar deal, but the experience gained has been invaluable. I managed every aspect of the capital raise, permitting process, construction, and disposition of the units. This included reviewing and approving major changes to the building's blueprints, providing financial projections to investors, developing and implementing an investment strategy, representing the property to potential buyers.
