As a PSSR, I worked with existing and new Yancey Bros Co customers (managing a $4M territory) to help them manage their fleet of Caterpillar machines by educating them on service options, technology, and maintenance programs to greatly reduce the risk of unplanned downtime and machine failures. I help monitor customers' fleets so that I can help them stay ahead of upcoming problems and provide recommendations to help mitigate the risk of unplanned downtime on critical projects. I also acted as the liaison between service department and customer during major repairs and overhauls to provide clear communication and recommendations. It was my responsibility to understand customers' businesses and needs in order to tailor our services to fit their company goals.
