I first met George Batev during our Network Migration project. He was assigned the role of Programme Manager across numerous lines of business, which included amongst others, networking, hosting, infrastructure and converged communications. During this time, George was found to be systematic, highly-skilled both technically and managerially, with a strong project management methodology. His input in planning sessions proved to be invaluable when on a number of occasions he raised critical concerns which had they not been addressed, would have severely hampered the outcome of the project. George played a pivotal role in the functioning of the team, always instilling within us, the need for communication and cohesion, This letter serves to confirm that I would strongly recommend him as an employee with any organisation.

I have had the pleasure of working with George on two projects, Absa's DC implementation and Absa Towers West. George is a brilliant project manager and methodical in his approach. There is structure and nothing is overlooked. Both projects have been implemented within scope and on time. If timelines have been moved out it has been due to limitations beyond anyones control. I enjoy George as a person, although rather reserved he has a great personality and cheery outlook. George will do well wherever he goes because he does not limit himself. He'll always push himself that extra bit further.
