Fire Safety Upgrade - Preparatory work for building inspection projects such as schedule, letter of notice and administrations. Site inspection, record findings and produce scope of works, designs and reports for fire safety components and measures upgrade for various-classed constructions. Attend site with clients and subcontractors to verify the quality of work and alignment with the clients manual, Australian Standards and the BCA and produce post-upgrade reports. Document Completion of Work, Photos and Variations and produce compliance certificates. Property Assessment Survey - Conduct property assessment survey audits for various locations and buildings through SPM software. Provide performance reviews for inspectors and regular reports to project management teams. Project management - Review and interpret Fire Order requirements. Tendering, assessment, negotiation, awarding and manage project registers and document control. Tracking sub-contractors program ensuring quality and meet the proposed timeframe. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Assist in fire safety measures assessment and completing AFSS/FFSC.
