George is also the type of leader who is able to view complex challenges from multiple angles before coming up with solutions providing the highest return with the lowest risk. George’s commitment to preparation and planning enables his teams to confidently address all situations, even allowing them to anticipate challenges which have not yet been identified. George is also very skilled when it comes to communicating information and has the ability drive meaningful conversations through the use of the right questions. Perhaps most importantly is George’s character. Having worked for him, I have full trust in George as a leader as I know that the decisions which he makes are ethical and in the best interest of those involved.
