Throughout my time here I was exposed to various products which resulted in my knowledge of the internal design and product functionality to greatly improve. This allowed for the testing of both performance and durability to be completed efficiently and effectively. Reporting my findings on a regular basis to experienced manufacturing engineers, allowed for not only my communication skills to be improved but my engineering knowledge also. During unorthodox tests, it was required to redesign or create bespoke testing equipment in order to capture the necessary data. Typically during these tests, the procedure was unknown, so the method was adapted and created throughout the test. Working within the test laboratory helped improve my critical analysis of results, as well as my ability to reverse engineer and modify particular products prior to testing. Show less
