Coming back with a clear mind ready to rock in finance, which I did back in the box ready to kill it. 1st month back I saw the most car deals I had ever seen, 107 car deals with holding an average of $1900 a copy and a warranty penetration raw of 79%. Great month and never will forget. Also helping out at the desk as well, when I’m not billing or ripping a car deal. I’m up there seeing what it is I can do to make a deal and make me some more money, or go close a car deal so I don’t have to wait in rotation. Persistency Show less

Eager to accept my new roll as a sales manager, I was use to finance pay. 15k a month wasn’t the situation on the desk also you had to baby sit sales people. Don’t mind it, I got 5 kids of my own but I’m use to making my money as a certified hustler sales professional, whether that be in finance or on the sales floor. With getting approved and working through the mud, I was helping sales people close car deals, constantly training and getting the guys better so we can all make dough, end of month in July 2017 we were 6 new trucks away from hitting quota on the last day of month. Mind you at any given store this would be a no brainer. At this store we had to generate business and with only 6 guys and 2 off including my vet sales person we were struggling to find these deals However I knew we would get it. The last vehicle had to be punched in by 10 pm and at 9:59 number 6 new truck was entered in. Huge accomplishment for myself and everyone who was apart of it It just went to show me and everyone else that if you are determined enough, you will get it! Show less

I worked as a finance manager here and absolutely loved it, Great environment, helping get car deals approved as well as showing everyone what structure is and how to hang paper. I was feeling like a king! I still felt as if leaving Brad Francis auto group wasn’t the right decision in the back back of my mind. Kept silent but one day received a phone call randomly from Mr. Francis and he wanted me back to work at his Chrysler store as his desk manager. As I was still really young and ambitious I accepted the challenge on a whim Show less

    • Manager Finance
      • Apr 2013 - Aug 2016

Worked as a sales professional as a started my career in the car industry. I went to southwest dealer services finance school in 2014 October. Was not actually promoted until March of 2016 to finance and worked in finance for Brad Francis up until August of 2016, out of the gate I was in the upper to mid 80’s in warranty penetration, gross was unbelievable. With closing car deals on the floor as well sad helping get approved we were rocking. Record setting month in April was $365,000 in front and back end profit, mind you this is huge for a small dealership. We killed it and continued to kill it. Getting my pvr into the 90’s I was eager to hit 100% warranty penetration with being the only f and I manager in the store I knew it would happen. Best month was 97% raw warranty penetration with well over 100k in back end gross Show less
