Using the Permit to Work system as per appropriate procedures. Bringing gasification plant online from all operating conditions and shutting down. Rotation checking, monitoring and running pumps, motors and all other equipment. Organising all disciplines for repair / calibrating / signal checking/stroking on affected plant and Instrumentation. Working very closely with third-party vendors to operate plant within specifications required. Liaising with the management team and giving plant updates through progress meetings. Preparing first-time start-ups and testing and commissioning of plant equipment. Writing safe operation procedures and updating existing ones to keep up with plant modifications. Monitor, train and coordinate the operation/maintenance team.
