Riders will take on the 162km journey from the town of Barkly East(Royal Manor Hotel) to the town of Maclear (Country Club) in the Eastern Cape province. With 2966m of elevation gain, this event will be known as South Africa's toughest 100 mile event. Passing through the quiet but beautiful village of Rhodes, tackling the Naude’s Nek Pass (Third highest in South Africa 2590m) to get to the top of this iconic mountain range.
