Wilkinson Williams advise on over 22 million square feet of retail warehouse instructions on behalf of Landlords, as well as providing portfolio advice to retained retailer clients for both acquisition and disposal strategies in the sector. George's landlord clients include Paloma Capital, Schroder's, Columbia Threadneedle and Prestbury. George is retained by Carpetright since 2015, and was subsequently retained by Bunnings after their purchase of Homebase in 2016. Having previously worked for a retail developer in Sydney, George joined CBRE in 2010. He is responsible for providing agency and development consultancy advice within the Retail Warehouse market to a broad range of retailer and landlord clients. George is currently advising on the asset management of institutional Retail Warehouse space. This ranges from standalone units to prime retail parks across the country. Clients include Aviva Investors, Jacaranda Capital and CBRE Global Investors. George worked for a Sydney based property developer, with the main focus being on the two shopping centre assets under ownership in Windsor and The Entrance, as well as some office blocks in North Sydney CBD and the Sydney Olympic Park. The final few months was spent looking at a large site amalgamation for a residential scheme in Chatswood, later developed as The Mix at Chatswood Place.
