George's landlord clients include Paloma Capital, Schroder's, Columbia Threadneedle and Prestbury. George is retained by Carpetright since 2015, and was subsequently retained by Bunnings after their purchase of Homebase in 2016.   Having previously worked for a retail developer in Sydney, George joined CBRE in 2010. He is responsible for providing agency and development consultancy advice within the Retail Warehouse market to a broad range of retailer and landlord clients. George is currently advising on the asset management of institutional Retail Warehouse space. This ranges from standalone units to prime retail parks across the country.
