  Upon finishing boiler operation and stationary steam engineering school, George started working in the boiler industry in 1984, working with a boiler repair firm specializing in A.S.M.E. Code repairs. He continued to further his education by attending service schools from Honeywell, York Shipley, Bryan Steam and Raypak, as well as burner schools from Gordon Piatt, Power Flame, and Weishaupt.
