I worked at i-fuelcards as an apprentice studying towards my level 2 NVQ in Sales.My Responsibilities at i-fuelcards Ltd included, sourcing my own data and selling a wide range of fuel card packages over the telephone. Other responsibilities included general customer maintenance such as, taking inbound customer calls and general maintenance calls to customers to keep loyalty and make sure that their business needs are being catered for.
