  I would set wood forms for concrete walls, sidewalks, and floors. Help "muck" cement, then when it was ready we stripped forms and stakes and stacked in a neat pile. All clean up of jobsite.   I would recieve product on pallets. Make sure everything was there and proceed to put everything on shelves or walk-in cooler and freezer. After we cleaned up and got rid of pallets we prepped all food for the event. Then shipped whatever each stand needed for that event. I would recieve product on pallets.   I would recieve the order sheet for each trailer. Clock in forklift and trailer on computer. Start to load dough using forklift and hand dolly. After dough continued pulling product with forklift and loading by hand. Had to load on a timed schedule and accuracy. I would recieve the order sheet for each trailer.
