      Professional Experience Summary: George Ripley has been on the Staff of Aerospace & Commercial Technologies, Inc. since March, 2007. As a highly experienced engineer and program manager in the Aerospace Industry, Mr. Ripley has been a contributor to the growth of ACT into a major supplier of F-16 Airframe structural products and services, currently serving as Director of Programs for sustainment of US and International F-16 customers. George retired from Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company as a Program Director in January 2007, having served as Director of F1-6 Programs for Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, and Pakistan since February of 2002, Prior to this, Mr. Ripley performed in senior leadership roles on the United Arab Emirates F-16 Block 60 Program initially as the Air Vehicle Product Team Leader and later as Chief Engineer and Deputy Program Director. Mr. Ripley also served as Chief Engineer and Air Vehicle Team Leader for the F-16 Block 20 Program for Taiwan, and was Program Manager for the Israel F-16 aircraft programs. Mr. Ripley joined General Dynamics Fort Worth in 1968, and served in technical and management roles on F-111 aircraft development, project management of F-16 test programs, integration and certification of on F-16 aircraft, and leadership of successful capture and management of various F-16 programs. Mr. Ripley began his career as an Engineering Co-Op Student at Lockheed Georgia in 1963, graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1968 with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. He steadily progressed through the professional ranks at General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin, holding positions of increasing responsibility in Structures Engineering, Systems/Project Engineering, and Program Management.
