  I work on YouTube on mobile devices, with a focus on improving the user experience and increasing company revenue through the development of insightful and engaging ad formats and features. I served as the tech lead for display as formats on iOS. • Led client technical design and implementation for a product family of display ad formats for Text and App Promo ads for the YouTube mobile apps on iOS and Android phones and tablets. Led its product review and launch rollout. These ads serve today at an $XXXm ARR. • Scoped out and executed a cross-functional team effort to log a comprehensive set of user interaction measurements that built a foundation for us to understand how users engage with our products. These tools have allowed us find weaknesses in our ad formats and optimize conversion-targeted ad campaign performance. • Tech lead for display ad formats on the YouTube iOS mobile app. Scoped out, designed, and executed visual and functional experiments to improve our ad formats’ performance.   Implemented two key merchant-requested features for a new Facebook product, which required skills spanning from Javascript frontends to PHP backends of web development while working within large, existing codebases. Ran complex queries with Hive and Oracle to transport and merge data quickly and efficiently.
