GEORGE LYCABETTUS HOTEL, 2 Kleomenous Street, Athens and Hotel PARADISOS, in island of Andros on issues related to the issuance of licenses and permits from the Public Authorities such as the Urban Planning Board, Fire Brigade, Health Services, Ministry of Transportation, Hellenic Tourism Organisation, etc. I am also engaged in maintenance, extension, improvement of structural and electromechanical installations (1985-Present). Specifically, I am engaged in the design of new installations for the improvement of electromechanical facilities, replacement of equipment, extension of networks, supervision and coordination of crews and subcontractors. Design of five residence buildings and a multiple-use building. I was also the translator for designs, technical descriptions and liaison between the University’s technical service and Atkins Ltd in Bristol. The project owner was the Democritus University of Thrace. 5.
