Created and developed four Wash & Fill cylinder center plants. • Drove and fostered construction of $530,000 Ponchatoula, Louisiana Propane Wash and Fill, with projected annual freight and labor savings of $135,608. • Facilitated and managed $600,000 upgrade of Glendale Wash & Fill to full production center, with projected annual freight and labor savings of $286,168. • Oversaw and managed $580,000 upgrade layout and filling capacity of Arlington, Texas-based production center, with projected annual freight and labor savings of $216,168.
